Define Your Mission

In order to live fully, you must be in tune with your mission. Flowing with your spirit is vital. For many, living in our purpose and being in tune with our mission is something foreign, or at least something not fully explored and in some cases something we are afraid to acknowledge because it will differ from what we are doing today. Finding our purpose does not have to be complicated or grand.

At M&M, our guiding principles with purpose and defining our mission are simple:

  • Our purpose is harmony

  • Our purpose is peace

  • Our purpose is humanity

Here are a few heart prompts to help you in defining your purpose.

  • Write what brings out your best self; what brings you joy.

  • How does joy show up in your day to day?

  • How would you rate your satisfaction in life?

  • How much of your time is spent reacting?  How much is spent creating?

  • Is there a way to tip the scale, such as an action or a shift in mindset?

There are fun ways to incorporate the universal energy to explore how you are being called to do your best. We are in one of those moments right now. A profound shift of energy is occurring as we leave the Pink full moon. The cosmic shift of energy caused by the Pink moon speaks of our ability to love in polarities and be aware of the dance between them. In the dance,  we are able to reflect, to return to purpose, and to determine where we are.

Being in harmony for me manifests itself with:

  • The birds singing and walking along with Porter and me

  • Responding from the heart and lovingly when approached with strong emotion, ego, or projection from others

  • Being silent for hours on end without recognizing it

Now, the New moon arrives on Thursday. Take time to experiment with new rituals, respond to the call to be our best, lead from the heart. Be playful as you explore the energy and allow it to guide you. The journey awaits you.
